Our payment provider has been experiencing intermittent technical difficulties since around 9:30am this morning. Unfortunately customers have been experiencing problems since then. As of now, it looks like the problem may be (at least nearly) resolved as some orders are now coming through. We are just waiting for full confirmation from our payment provider.
We are very sorry about this and hope to have it fully resolved shortly.
