Took one 300mg dose 2-3 hours after dinner in evening. Hoped to speed up gut healing after clearing methane SIBO and impaired MMC.
It definitely gets your blood pumping. Side effects were GI discomfort, lightheadedness, poor sleep, mood changes. I decided not to take second dose to monitor digestion speed which slowed significantly over the next 2 days even with motility stimulants.
If you have a sensitive gut or digestive issues, by all means give it a go, but be as cautious as possible.
