Enclomiphene (enclomiphene citrate) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) and the trans-isomer of clomiphene citrate (Clomid). It is the purified, active component responsible for most of clomiphene’s testosterone-boosting effects, without the cis-isomer (zuclomiphene) that can cause estrogenic side effects.

How Enclomiphene Works

It blocks estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. This removes negative feedback, increasing the release of GnRH, followed by LH and FSH. These hormones then stimulate the testes to produce more natural testosterone and support sperm production.
